Very disappointed with this company. I informed them part way through the interview process that I had a pending offer, and that I would wait to respond until a little later depending on how their interviews went. My pending offer was a contract offer and this interview was for a full-time position. They were all informed and knew about this fact. After my in-person interview with the team I was called and notified that pending a reference check that they would be making me an offer. However the next day they called back to let me know that instead they decided to close the position and not hire anyone. It sounded like this had been an ongoing discussion and that I was left out of the loop even though they knew I had someone else waiting to hear from me. Meanwhile the other company has been reviewing other candidates and I may have just lost out on another job because of their lack of communication. Very disappointed and upset.
