After watching to an institutional video about the company, I was inteviewed by an HR staff person, who checked the resumé data and afterwards talked to the HR manager. Friendly, direct and short conversation. After several days, an interview was scheduled with the responsible director. Also an extremely friendly conversation, where I gave more details about my career and received more information about the challanges of the function. In the end, the HR manager showed me the head quarter installation. One week after the interview I received a call from the HR managar thanking me for participating in the process and informing they would proceed with other candidates. Despite the failure in getting the job, the process was overall a good experience.
