I would stay calm and polite, no matter how the customer behaves. I would listen to their concern without interrupting, show empathy by acknowledging their frustration, and then do my best to resolve the issue according to company policies. If it’s something I can’t handle, I’d ask a manager for assistance while ensuring the customer feels heard and respected.
