The Roving PSSR will support Bia After-market long term strategy, developing and growing the business, consisting of Parts sales and services in the assigned regions by combining strong technical expertise, mining/quarry industry knowledge, and commercial development skills.
He/she will focus on expanding market shares on parts sales, acquiring new customers, optimizing existing portfolios, and positioning Bia as the top-tier distributor of parts for mining equipment.
He/she will contribute to the achievement of the following objectives:

Education & Qualification:
Strong understanding of mining equipment & parts, heavy machinery, and bucket configurations (internal training will be organized to boost skills).
Demonstrated success in business development or key account management.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment and wear parts.
Understanding of mining applications (abrasive materials, penetration, excavator & loader operation).
CRM/ERP proficiency (SAP or equivalent is an asset) and MS Office proficiency.
Willingness to travel up to 70% - (sites and local headquarters).
Experience:
Experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy construction equipment is essential.
