      Racist old-school ignorant managers Zero progress Extremely lame projects and business model Rather incompetent and uneducated managers stuck there since ages totally unexposed to modern IT firms Unfair promotions and handling of people Low salaries No education Useless events and presentations Really toxic work culture

      Our CEO breaks laws and breaks people

      Avantages

      Salary was released on time which compensate the bureaucratic reimbursement process and minor discrepancies every now and then.

      Inconvénients

      The new CEO has no respect for the law. He worked in the Philippines for 3 years without legal permits and not paying right taxes. He kept doing it until immigration finally caught him. Inside the company, he built a culture of politics and fear. Anyone who disagreed with him was treated as enemy and removed without due process. Attrition at the company is at an all time high and the workplace has become unstable and very toxic. At some point, I feel embarassed to be associated with this kind of leadership. Unfortunately I have mouths to feed.

      body leasing company, that i would recommend for young graduate (only)

      Avantages

      Little focus/no effort is given to structure and methods. Each consultant can organize things her/his way at the customer.

      Inconvénients

      Pension contribution are at the minimum legal. Promotions and internal reputation are decorrelated from performances at customers.
