      The company is small and has flat management structure, so decisions are made quickly. Upper management is approachable and treats staff with respect. The company recognizes and respects employees' right to a work/life balance and rarely makes them work overtime.

      Inconvénients

      Like in many other small companies, dependence on a few large clients is risky.
