Nothing is there, if you are in travel then only join, other wise please don't work for eteam No growth No Bonus No Increment even they cut from your existing salary putting LOP's and also hourly wise deduct your salary You didn't supported by HR they act just you are salves, what ever they told that is correct only They are also not giving notice period money to you
Inconvénients
Company policies are very bad for employees, they are just providing 12 leaves yearly and that leaves gives you sandwich bases means they will count these leaves on Sunday, Saturday and if any national holiday in between your leaves they will count that as your leave they providing salary at 7 or 15 of each month, they are checking all working day list after that they will release your salary putting lop in your salary if you cross the leaves, and monthly they gives 1 leave only for example in January you have just one leave, in feb you have 1 so tolat you have 2 leaves if you didn't had any leave in january, so in june you have 6 leaves if you not has in leave in last 6 months, so if you need 3 leaves in jan then 2 loss of pay you have at reliving time they will not give you any money for notice period so please if you are in this company start searching before they fire you, you give them resignation latter if you talk to HR in oder to solve any problem they will fight with you like a dog, they will not listen you and they will not work on your request This company HR and other manager Harassing employees if any one able can go for the legal action on this company definitely they will punish for his act They are criminals mentality and didn't respect Indian laws (Human Rights), if you are here they will harass you, they will not give you your human rights, they will insult you many times Very bad guys they are please don't join
