      Avantages

      Professional, driven team with a clear passion for digital. A wide skill-set all housed in the integrated agency, providing a creative environment to brainstorm, experiment with latest technologies and craft innovative projects. All members of the team come together and share ownership from start-to-finish. Top clients across all sectors, including global brands and well-known sports figures and clubs. Perfect location, right in Manchester city centre. Beautiful, modern new office. Approachable and transparent company directors. e3creative is a close-knit group, many long-term members of staff that are very welcoming to new people joining. Frequently go out as a group and partake in Friday drinks in the office.

      Inconvénients

      Moves at a fast pace and there's no coasting. If you're motivated, there's plenty of opportunities but if you're not contributing, it's very noticeable and you'll be letting the entire team down.

      Avantages

      From a design perspective, freedom of creativity is key when finding a place to work, and that's e3creative in a nutshell for me. I've worked at e3creative now for a little over 5 and a half years, starting as a Junior Designer and working my way up to Head of Design with tremendous support from the MD himself and other team members throughout. E3creative is a very close knitted community and integrated agency making it a really great place to work and be a part of. The design team we've built at E3creative is world-class, working closely together to achieve award winning designs, and giving strong constructive critique whenever required. We're continuously being challenged by new briefs, which is really exciting and fun to work on, with brands ranging from fresh start ups with completely blank canvases. to large named brands such as PlayStation with 500 page strict brand guidelines. There's always room for growth and development in your skill set at e3creative, with many opportunities on the horizon.

      Inconvénients

      The only 'cons' i have is for myself personally: I commute a long way back and forth to e3creative which is both costly and stressful, but it's totally worth it!
