      Avantages

      Office located in good place. People can easily switch to very good company.

      Inconvénients

      Management is all about politics.. Most of the good managers leave... Only those as*oles stay and screw every engineer.. They ask everyone to do innovation, and if you struggled and identified a new idea, then management will sit on your head and ask to carry them.. If you follow your heart on the contributions made by your manager, then you are fired.. People from Finance Teams become managers to Tech teams... My manager was from finance and was 0 in technical.. Doesn't understands the tech pain points..But keep repeating you didn't plan properly..

      Avantages

      - The company itself is doing well financially, allowing departments to take on bigger projects - Great work-life balance culture and unlimited PTO that actually allows for generate usage - Casual culture that encourages collaboration - Non-salary benefits are strong, with even lower-level employees benefiting from the stock purchase plan

      Inconvénients

      - Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
