      Avantages

      Pizza Mondays are always a plus! The laid back atmosphere is much appreciated. There have also been scheduled food truck events on site - which makes it convenient around lunch time. Pay is decent with flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      Management can be a bit disorganized but it is a small business and they do make up for lack of organization with open door policy to correct any issues.

      Avantages

      Very casual work environment. Management will let you work without bothering you as long as you are professional and get your work done. I enjoyed learning about e-commerce and customer service. There is a small family feel that you won't find at a corporate job.

      Inconvénients

      It gets a bit cold and hot depending on the time of year. I was pulled off of jobs to work on more pressing projects. This can be a bit frustrating for people who don't like change.
