      Avantages

      I do like my job here at UR there has opportunities for advancement like the EA to tech program i was able to take part in . I have always been given the things i need to do my job tool s, clothes ,PPE ,uniforms , phone there are a lot of extra things UR does that I Appreciate

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes i feel like management could put pressure on employees concerning there performance or behavior or just run someone off would make a already great place to work even better

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
