      Avantages

      Small branch with great people on the team. UR is the leader in construction rental epuipiment. Had several good Branch Managers.

      Inconvénients

      Branch closed when UR bought RSC. Too many overlapping branches in the Chicago metro area.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
