      decent pay, company truck, tool replacment, management does the best they can

      Inconvénients

      long hours, on call, rude customers, safety breathing down your neck with everything you do.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
