There are areas where the company has benefitted from good personnel and strong leadership, it is in these locations where it is possible a enjoyable and successful career with a single company.
Inconvénients
In some districts advancement depends on favoritism and kowtowing over ability and experience. This company is losing a lot of talented employees to their competition because of poor management. Policies are selectivly enforced. Safety is preached but often overlooked when it conflicts with profitability or expediance.
