      Avantages

      Ils traitent vraiment bien leurs employés. Bons salaires, primes et primes. De nombreux avantages de l'entreprise (remises sur les marques de maire et autres). Focus sur la sécurité (littéralement).

      Inconvénients

      En termes d'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, il y a place à l'amélioration. Parfois, il y a beaucoup de pression, comme dans toute entreprise de services. Certains endroits doivent être rénovés.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
