      Great students, staff and faculty

      Inconvénients

      Leadership plays a political game using staff and faculty as chess pieces. If you are a control freak you're probably in a leadership role. Top-down management style with a large serving of lip-service. Low pay and rarely do they promote upwards.

      Inconvénients

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
