10yIt sounds as if you were placed in a sales position you were not adequately prepared for. This should never happen. We would encourage you, in your next employment, to be forthcoming with your managers about your level of comfort in representing their products and services. As you know, it takes a great deal of familiarity to be confident in your sales approach. We likewise ask the same of our current sales personnel. We encourage them to ask questions, escalate problems to management, and learn to be fully engaged contributors. We regret that you did not feel that to be the case.
