So glad you are enjoying your employment with TriNet! As you’ve no doubt discovered, employee satisfaction is as important to our company as customer satisfaction. As to the holiday issue, to meet the needs of our customers and business, you may be required to work on a holiday observed by TriNet (“observed holiday”), if applicable law does not prohibit such a requirement. Non-exempt employees required to work on an observed holiday receive pay at the rate of time and a half for all non-overtime hours worked and in addition, holiday pay for working on the observed holiday.
