Avantages

Great benefits. Pretty progressive company. Burton is a smart, committed leader. PTO package is nice. Flexibility to work from home. Na is gated the pandemic extremely well.

Inconvénients

Compensation is an issue and they know it but failed to address it properly. Too many middle managers not doing anything. They started a “Career Architecture Plan” to address the below market compensation and the main complaint and why so many people are running for the exits is still compensation. TriNet is a multi billion dollar organization and they’re getting beat by their smaller competitors. Talent at the top is limited.

Avantages

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Inconvénients

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.
