None.... absolutely none, this place is a JOKE

Inconvénients

Where do I start... You will be MICROMANAGED like never before. We had something called “micro-day” where every hour we had to go to our manager and tell him exactly how many calls and emails we did for that hour, the entire 80 man sales floor. We did this several times during what is called Championship season which basically means you are forced to work a minumum of 95 hours per pay period. This starts in September and ends in December. THE WORST JOB I’VE EVER HAD! If you can survive your first year at TriNet Inside Salesgood luck! They pay 40% lower than the field while you are doing the EXACT SAME JOB! By the way they Forced us to write postive reviews on Glassdoor.

Avantages

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Inconvénients

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.
