Avantages
Amazing group of people to work with, I enjoy my immediate team and colleagues in other departments immensely. Good pay for consulting work, challenging work tasks, great support for personal professional development. Benefits increases have been kept to a minimum, which seems to be better than most.
Inconvénients
Many concurrent changes and challenges that lack coordination with affected departments. Change is due to growth (not a bad thing) but employees can only be pushed so far at one time.
