Avantages

Pay, ability to advance, flexibility in scheduling and good PTO benefit. Good incentives and people oriented organization. Constantly expanding programs.

Inconvénients

Contracts are often discontinued with little notice. Medical benefits are expensive and are not very comprehensive. Performance expectations are not always clear from management.

I am so sorry to read all of this. Unfortunately, when a contract ends, we do not have control over the timeline and, yes, it is awful for everyone.
