I have been working at Terminix full-time (More than a year) Pros The are very few other than a paycheck, which they can't get right all the time either! Cons Incredibly, overworked and expected to not be able to have a life. In a year, I have worked 6 days a week almost entirely, and then we were asked to volunteer to work Sunday too, are you kidding me!? Micromanaging to an insane degree. They can't keep employees and wonder why, yet it's so obvious. They overwhelm new hires, and even seasoned employees with using multiple apps and platforms, and ridiculous metrics the … Show More Advice to Management Let Tech's actually manage their routes, like you keep saying. If there is an issue like poor customer service or complaints then deal with those issues. Fix the technology issues!

Inconvénients

You people are crazy to think that a technician can successfully complete 18 to 20 stops a day....yes we know it is all about keeping the share holders happy.

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
