Conversely, it’s difficult to formulate a response to your comment « it’s non hydraulic and very poor guidance ». Was this in relation to the organization, to your department, your team, or your managers? We do hope that you shared your concerns and that you provided specific details to your HR Business Partner during your exit interview. You would have had the ideal opportunity to do so when asked any of the following questions : « What did you like best / least about your job? » ; « Would you consider re-employment, if yes, under what circumstances? » ; or to « What would you suggest to make Tecsys a better place to work » and finally to « Do you have any other comments or suggestions ».
