      work is alright. Nothing groundbreaking, but ok if you'd like to coast a little bit. Expectations aren't super high.

      Work is somewhat boring, nothing super innovative. Pay is low.

      People are great My manager and co-workers are always available Remote work is a positive experience As a 100% employee-owned company employee voices are heard, and we all reap the benefit of TechFlow success.

      Inconvénients

      As a medium size company you get to wear many hats which can be a pro and/or a con.
