Inconvénients
Like any company in the fast-paced tech services industry, things can get very busy, and the pressure can be high at times, especially when dealing with critical client situations (which is the nature of our work!). You need to be adaptable and ready to tackle challenges head-on. However, the supportive team environment really helps manage this.
