      Technical experience gained could be positive here.

      Inconvénients

      The managers are not all good. It's hard to find ones that understand the work of an SE. Tek knows this is a stepping stone job but I'd love for it to be maybe a solid one.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
