      Tek Experts has pays in dollars in CR. Its a growing company which offers some opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Speaking only to the team I was part of, there is evidence of favoritism and dishonesty. Lack of transparency over decisions, promotions selected before the process even took place and people without the merit nor skill in roles are examples of favoritism and benefiting your friends. False improvement plans and management going out of their way to investigate my work are ways I was personally lied to

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
