      Avantages

      Amazing Benefits, Pay is decent, and culture is overall good.

      Inconvénients

      Sortation Centers have terrible hours, they will get better in the future, but not worth it now. Work can be tedious and unfulfilling at times and may deal with unprofessionalism from Team members.

      -Easy and fast work environment, day goes by fast -Great flexibility with scheduling -Mobility in company

      Inconvénients

      -Repetitive work and physically repetitive work -Hours get cut depending on quarter
