      Avantages

      Started off great but as management changed store went down hill.

      Inconvénients

      Management is the big problem the best people either left the company or went to other stores because of how bad the store was being run.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
