      Pays well and fun environment.

      Inconvénients

      The waterfall schedule is not what it’s cracked up to be. Near zero quality of life. Extremely low retention rate. Prides itself on diversity but 99% of upper management isn’t diverse.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
