      None, bad experience, learn everything by yourself and do it yourself, not support or help

      Unprofessional, leadership lack of sense of direction, lack of knowledge, no one knows the policies or rules, they violate their own rules all the time, they blame each other and not create solutions, racism, sexism, favoritism.
