Perspective commerciale
Avantages
I really loved the actual job, being on the floor and dealing with guests and team members. I enjoyed trying to help others and getting to know a few of my peers. The pay was great, and so were the benefits. Advancement is actually possible.
Inconvénients
The 10 hour days, non-vacation time, and the crappy environment. This was one of the most stressful places that I've ever worked. Not because of the actual job, but because of the horrible direction I was given. Although there were a lot of advancement opportunities, if you're not liked you wont last. Some people went out of their way to make my job difficult which I never understood.
