      Avantages

      As a young adult, you're able to meet others around your age. Helping guests makes you feel appreciated...

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't make you feel appreciated. Expects way too much for one position getting minimum wage essentially. When you meet or exceed those expectations don't expect any recognition as a backroom team member. All recognition goes to cashiers who get guests to sign up for red cards.

      -Easy and fast work environment, day goes by fast -Great flexibility with scheduling -Mobility in company

      Inconvénients

      -Repetitive work and physically repetitive work -Hours get cut depending on quarter
