      *Team Oriented Atmosphere *Decent Pay and Benefits

      *Other ETL's not willing to help new ETL's *Long Hours and Made to feel guilty when leaving for the day. *Career advancment is very limited. *Senior Management has very unrealistic expectations. *Punished for events that were not in our control. *Employee moral is very low among all employee levels at the store. *No work life balance
