      constantly pushing out products, leading to disorganized store, conflicting priorities, no way to have a reliable schedule, will often be called on day off to be asked to work

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
