      Avantages

      Team members become friends. Being able to learn various areas of the store.

      Inconvénients

      Hours not flexible as they make it seem. If your availability does not fit their hours you won’t get very many hours. Upper management (ETLs) are very biased and it is a very political game. There are favorites.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
