      A small discount, Very team oriented

      Inconvénients

      Only 10% discount, More strict in target starbucks than regular starbucks or target, No free drinks. Very strict. No piercings allowed because they are a "safety hazard"

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
