      Avantages

      Good discount, but you have to use cash or a Target card to get it. New hire training went well.

      Inconvénients

      Very little room for advancement. Hours changed each week, so it is hard to keep a consistent schedule with family. People tend to do as they choose, little supervision.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
