      Competitive Pay, great peers, positive recognition culture. Day goes by quickly, fast paced. Yearly performance based pay increases. Hard work rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      Hours stink. Work life balance is difficult. Hot in the summer and cold in winter. Heavy workload. Small bonuses. Pyramid promotion potential.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
