Avantages
You are challenged and given feedback on performance. There is no uncertainty how you are doing. There is great communication around your development and where you'd like to be.
Inconvénients
There is constant pressure for performance. The main focus of the job is the day to day employee performance metrics. There are bigger picture projects available but it is a hard balance.
