Avantages

"I have been working for the company for 30 years, and the fact that I started as an agent and progressed to the position of a manager is the greatest motivation for me to continue working here. Meritocracy, salary stability, and respect for my personality by my superiors are the most important reasons why I continue to be here."

Inconvénients

"If someone could consider it a disadvantage, it's the rapid evolution of the company, which necessitates becoming impersonal towards old employees like me, who, after so many years of work, require the company's support for our last working years."

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Inconvénients

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Avantages

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Inconvénients

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
