Avantages

20-25K salary + incentives. When there"s overtime people have made taken home more than l lac rupees. 5 day work week. 2 rotational offs. And lots of team outings with your own and other teams especially for meals and overnight trips. One can get an opportunity to discover and experience the novelty of new places.

Inconvénients

If you are not interested in climbing up the ladder in the BPO/KPO industry then you'll get bored here. Within 6 months to 1 year, it can get extremely monotonous. Also most of the people here are college kids, undergraduates and college dropouts, so don't expect to find meaningful people here.

Workload can become stressful from time to time but a true team environment means there is always help available.

Avantages

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Inconvénients

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
