Avantages

financially stable, privately owned, not to large of a company. Once you know your way around, it is easy to get things done.

Inconvénients

People are not held accountable. Many senior people seem to have their job too secure.

Avantages

The pay is OK. There are some good people employed here. Decent benefits. 401k. Pto Vacation after 1 yr Yearly raises for the first 5 yrs.

Inconvénients

Poor management. No work, home balance, they expect you to live at work. The 401k is forced, you can not decline it. Best believe, this company doesn't care about employees. No communication from the top down. Something will change and you won't be notified til you've done it the previous way and get in trouble. Point system is horrendous, it takes 2 months perfect attendance to get 1 point back. Pto is hard to use. Gets denied often. Even with plenty of notice.
