      Avantages

      -do their best to enhance the business environment. -do their best to make employees happy -The CEO had decided to do their best to be the best in the company field -friendly management -The CEO had the ability and flexibility to listen to employees all suggest and problems.

      Inconvénients

      -overload and purser -there is no system yet to handle all business issues -hard to get all your financial dues and benefits in a smooth way and fast -little of argument and balm when facing problems not to solve it.

      Avantages

      I didn't see that at first but it came out that it is a great opportunity to grow and learn in SI. the colleagues and the environment are great to develop great productivity and learning and being exposed to new fields. In addition, I found great support and mentoring from the directors that is getting stronger by the time.

      Inconvénients

      the only thing that needs enhancement in my opinion is to be more specialized in specific field rather than being assigned to tasks from various specialization
