      Such crazy growth means people and growth sometimes get left behind/forgotten

      Avantages

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Inconvénients

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
