      -Good Work/Life balance -Fairly Competent Coworkers -Low Stress overall

      Inconvénients

      -Low compensation / weak benefits -There is a definite "in-group" of employees, and politics matter a lot in getting anywhere in the company.

      Company car in Southern California (but should be obvious with field position)

      Inconvénients

      Uncommunicative sales personnel, toxic environment from manager to actual sales people
