Avantages
Global opportunities with wide scope of roles and opportunities to progress. Lots of competition to get into the company but this translates into working with colleagues who are typically well educated, motivated and experienced. Lots of varied opportunities for overseas postings - both short and long term and the company looks after expat staff very well
Inconvénients
Too much bureaucracy which slows progress down in a company that requires and demands speed. Staff evaluation process is archaic and formulaic which makes identifying and rewarding contributions a challenge - for both staff and line managers.
