      Positive environment, helpful manager's and coworkers. Reasonable workload and straightforward. Strong company that is not going anywhere.

      Inconvénients

      Some occasional micromanaging. Promotion's pay caps reduce growth potential. Tries to keep employee's with parties and ping pong tables rather than pay raises.

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
