Avantages
Safeway is a decent place to work if you are going to school and need time off to attend classes. This is pretty much the only reason I worked there for as long as I did.
Inconvénients
Middle management is obnoxious and has a false sense of importance. They tend to treat the lowly cashiers as second rate citizens and care little for employee satisfactions.
